The following policies apply to all orders made online via Centre Court Racquets.
We are pleased to produce and maintain this website in order to add convenience to our current clients ordering methods as well as giving new clients a chance to find out just how great our service and support can be. The following policies and procedures have been developed in order to enhance your shopping experience and maintain full security and privacy at the same time. 
Your Privacy at Centre Court Racquets
Your privacy is important to us. Certain information is collected during a sale for the purpose of verifying both yourself and your payment information. Once your order is processed this information is not kept on file nor is it passed to any third party. It is not our practice to send unsolicited email to visitors or purchasers at Centre Court Racquets.
Sales and Security
The following policies and procedures are in place to protect your critical information as well as your privacy. We also take very measure to prevent fraudulent orders.
- Ordering is 100% SSL Secure using 128 bit encryption
- All orders are reviewed manually, we may give you a call to verify yours.
Shipping is via Canada Post Expedited, every effort is made to ship "same day" or next day.
Refunds Canadian Orders
Returns will be accepted if the following conditions are met:
- Within 30 days of original purchase date
- Items are unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping is prepaid to Centre Court Racquets
- All clearance and sale items are final sale-no returns
- On racquet orders, there will be no refund or credit for the stringing {includes labour and materials}
Refunds International Orders
Due to the complexity and problems of returning items across the border {ie. from the US} all sales to the US are final sales-no returns.
Warranties
Centre Court Racquets is an authorized dealer for all products we sell at our site. All manufacturers warranties will be honoured, at the discretion of Centre Court and the manufacturer. To receive warranty service, return your item{s} prepaid to Centre Court, with a brief discription of the problem. You will receive prompt attention to all warranty matters, and the item will either be replaced, store credit issued, or if the warranty is not accepted, the product returned to you at your expense or disposed of. In all cases, you will be advised of the warranty outcome as soon as possible.
